Job Description

Support the digital transformation of the construction industry.

Behind some of the world's most iconic buildings stands Doka -- a global market leader in formwork and scaffolding. From the Burj Khalifa to complex infrastructure projects like the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and Sydney Metro, Doka is known for technical innovation and solutions that make the impossible work.

The same level of ambition to enable customers to achieve the highest possible outcomes drives Doka's future digital ambitions. This is why Doka is modernizing how the world builds by digitalizing the end-to-end formwork process. Doka's SaaS portfolio brings together engineering, planning, logistics, material management, as well as onsite operations in one integrated digital ecosystem.

As a Senior Product Manager (Platform), you will own the core technical foundation that powers all digital products in the portfolio. You will define the platform strategy, lead multiple cross-functional squads, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing shared services across the product landscape.

What You'll Do - Your Responsibilities
• Own the product vision and strategy for the platform layer of our entire digital product portfolio (e.g., identity & access, integrations, data services, core platform capabilities) in a newly formed organization
• Lead and mentor Product Owners (Squad Leads) responsible for platform and engineering enablement teams
• Drive alignment across product areas by defining shared services, APIs, and integration patterns
• Partner closely with the technical architects to ensure architectural coherence and scalability
• Champion platform-thinking across the organization, ensuring reuse and consistency
• Translate company strategy into measurable platform outcomes (OKRs, roadmaps, …)
• Communicate platform direction and trade-offs to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Raise the maturity of product practices in for technical platform product management

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software product management, with a technical focus
    • Strong experience collaborating with engineering teams on architecture, scalability, and system design
    • Proven ability to lead multiple product squads and coach Product Owners
    • Deep understanding of discovery practices, product-led platform strategy, and agile delivery
    • Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term technical investment
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management in both business and technical environments
    • Experience in SaaS, platform engineering, or infrastructure products is your daily business and therefore experience is required
    • Hands on mentality, „that doesn't work" is not part of your mindset and you thrive when you can build something from 0 to 1
    • Having been part of a rapidly growing company and fast work environment is a plus
    • Experience in construction tech, logistics, or industrial SaaS is a plus
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
    • Fluent in German and English
