Responsibilities
- Responsible for job evaluation processes, market pricing and maintaining existing pay structures
- Assisting in the planning, aligning and execution of compensation processes (e.g. salary, bonus and promotion, LTI)
- Advising local P&O teams on offers, promotions and salary adjustments
- Responsible for the execution of salary surveys, including managing participation and data submission
- Contributing to internal compensation policies, communication and implementation
- Preparation of presentations and reports (both recurring and ad-hoc)
- Actively contributing to projects in P&O / Compensation & Benefits
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships and partnerships with HR leaders and local P&O teams, Finance, Legal, IT and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on HR or Finance/Controlling
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR-Controlling or Controlling
- Proficient in data analysis and data literacy
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel (Pivot, Lookup, Tables, Power Query,...)
- Knowhow in working with different HR-Management Systems (HRIS)
- Experience with market data and platforms (e.g. Willis Towers Watson) and job levelling methodologies
- Strong attention to detail, integrity and strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well collaboratively with the team and stakeholders

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 55.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. However our salaries are market oriented and in line with your qualifications and experience.
