Training Communication & Engagement Manager (m/f/d)

Linz / Full Time

What You Will Do

• Drive engaging communication across our global retail training community "Silhouette Academy"
• Manage newsfeeds, community interactions, and content calendars
• Execute postings and monitor engagement metrics
• Coordinate local rewards programs and training challenges
• Align planning with international subsidiaries and the International Retail Training Manager
• Oversee video content production with external partners--from storyline to editing
• Promote our Academy with impactful tools and communication assets
• Continuously improve processes and support global training initiatives

What You Bring

• A degree in Business, Communications, E-Learning, Marketing, or a comparable field
• 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in communication or a related field
• Excellent communication skills and strong command of English, German and Spanish
• Solid Excel and reporting skills
• A proactive mindset, creativity, and the ability to engage diverse audiences
