Job Description

• Lead the ongoing transformation of the supply chain processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and strategic improvements.
• Manage four core areas: inventory, warehousing, transport management, and planning.
• Oversee the implementation of global best practices across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollouts of new initiatives and technologies.
• Guide the successful adoption of new ERP systems (Kinaxis) and AI-based solutions.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and operational excellence.
• Promote a customer-centric supply chain approach.
• Act as a key influencer, working closely with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure the success of projects.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in supply chain management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
• Strong track record of leading transformation initiatives and process improvements.
• Hands-on operational experience and the ability to influence and guide teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and familiarity with AI-driven solutions is a plus.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
