Global Quality Representative (m/f/d)

In this position you are supporting the Head of Quality Compression Division in further development of the organization.

Your responsibilities
• Executing quality strategy in Division Compression for our customers products and services
• Serving our customer on global scale - quality is essential for our operational performance
• Support the organization to make processes reliable, effective & sustainable
• Develop further global quality standards, guidelines, processes & systems
• Shape communication & collaboration through the organization
• Coordinate & lead audits & trainings
• Prepare KPI's for management reporting and monitor by defined targets
• Drive global projects and support local driven improvement activities

To be successful in this position following expertise is requested

• Experience with quality management, methods, audits, law & regulations
• Advanced skills in project management
• Strong team building and people management skills - ability to build networks
• Good skills in SAP - Quality module
• Good skills in English, to communicate with stakeholders across hierarchy & cultures
• Open to travel till 30%
• Education in Quality
• Technical / Engineering background e.g. HTL or Bachelor degree
• Min 3-5 years experience as a Quality Officer
