Your Tasks

In this position, you will actively support our Skin Care Marketing team for Austria and Eastern Europe by expanding and demonstrating your business know-how.

• You organize events and product shipments (e.g. samples to other Eastern European countries)
• You support the labels localization
• You prepare packshots and are responsible for asset localizations (working with our external agency)
• You are in the lead of sales samples/office samples availability
• You create competitor media drives
• You track launches and campaigns
• You maintain internal product information library and take care of operational cross-functional requests
• You create presentations (e.g media campaign summaries) and support with ad-hoc analysis
• You translate and brief eCommerce assets

Your Profile

• Ongoing or completed University studies with a specialization in marketing, advertising, consumer behaviour or market research
• High interest in working in an international work environment and ability to handle and organize the interests of different stakeholders at the same time
• Open, flexible and stress resistant personality that takes on responsibility and has a passion for success and challenges
• Team Player with strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
• High affinity to skin care and FMCG industry
• The long-term ambition of a career in the field of Marketing
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent English and German skills, further Easter European languages are advantageous
