Product Manager (m/f/d)

As part of our Customer Relations and Product division, our Product Managers play an essential role in understanding the needs of our customers and incorporating them into our product development and strategic approach to the market.

Your Responsibilities:

• Strong internal and external communication on the features and benefits of our product.
• Development of effective strategies for the market launch and convincing messages in close cooperation with the sales department.
• Leading projects for the strategic and continuous improvement of our product.
• Close cross-functional collaboration with R&D, production, sales, and customer service to ensure product success and quality.
• Organization of product demonstrations to new customers as well as close engagement with the involved stakeholders.
• Maintenance of product management documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Development of detailed product roadmaps and strategy documents and establish clear requirements for prototyping and development.

Your Qualification:

• Master's or PhD degree in Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in product management, preferably in the semiconductor industry or related fields.
• Knowledge in photo mask manufacturing processes and equipment is an advantage.
• Structured way of working and excellent presentation skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as exceptional service orientation and intercultural competence.
• Very good knowledge of English.
