Group Accounting Expert (w/m/d) @ EuroTeleSites

EuroTeleSites owns and operates around 14,000 mobile phone masts between Bodensee and the Black Sea, making it a leading provider of telecommunications infrastructure in the CEE region. In addition to A1 as an anchor tenant, our customers include other mobile operators, internet service providers, companies, and public authorities.

In a nutshell

We are looking for an expert in the group accounting department who will work on the SAP consolidation of the EuroTeleSites Group, reporting to our main shareholder, and support the accounting departments of the operating companies within EuroTeleSites's footprint.

Your new job

• You support the consolidation process.
• You execute internal controls to ensure correct reporting.
• You generate reports for our major shareholders.
• You support the external reporting to our investors with reports and notes.
• You support the external reporting to other stakeholders.
• You support internal and external audits.
• You work together and support the operating companies with questions on accounting topics.
• You improve processes to be as efficient as possible.
• You improve the consolidation system to be more efficient and fulfil future requirements.

What you offer

• You have a good understanding of accounting principles.
• You have 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
• You possess the knowledge of the relevant software tools (SAP, Excel, etc.).
• You are proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• You like to work with numbers and have a natural understanding of how they are interlinked.
• You are an analytical mind and like to dive deep into analysing.
• Your positive attitude and solution-oriented approach are in perfect alignment with our company's culture. These qualities promote a productive work environment and contribute to the overall success of our team.
• You have a solid capability to think strategically.
• You are a team player.
• You are structured and plan your time effectively.
• You are proactive and willing to take responsibility.
• You speak English very well; knowledge of German or any other languages from EuroTeleSites footprint is an advantage.

What we offer

The advertised position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in telecom companies. Depending on the level of education and professional experience, we offer an annual gross salary of between EUR 60,000 and EUR 75,000 all-in.
