Regional Account Sales Manager

(Linz/Salzburg; Full-time)

YOUR MISSION:

  • Responsible for sales in western Austria: Upper Austria, Salzburg, Tirol, Vorarlburg etc.
  • Responsible for improving organization's market position and achieves financial growth in given area. Seek out, develop, and close business opportunities.
  • Define long-term organizational strategic goals in given area, build key customer relationships and maintain extensive knowledge of current market trends.
  • Deep insight of key accounts and partners in given area, understand customer's business, identify business opportunies mapping with our products and solutions, develop the local partner ecosystem.
  • Work with the internal team and external partner to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.
  • Help develop new customer and manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. Make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients' future needs

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, ICT or related qualification will be an advantage
  • At least 5 years sales experience in ICT industry
  • Within the ICT industry with the proven successful track record
  • Working knowledge and experience selling complex technology solutions to customers
  • Proven business development experience and ability to win new business to meet target
  • Good selling skills
  • Effective communications skills
  • Persuasive and Presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work in a team
  • Must be able to work in a structured manner
  • Developed problem solving abilities
  • Networking
  • Ability to multi task
