CEU is looking for a Senior Student Recruitment Manager responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to attract a diverse and qualified student body at CEU. This position involves overseeing the entire student recruitment process, managing a team, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve institutional enrollment goals. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of strategic leadership in higher education enrollment, a deep understanding of recruitment trends and methodologies, exceptional team management skills, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive working environment, ultimately driving the university's growth.
The Senior Student Recruitment Manager will work alongside colleagues within the wider External Relations Office, including the offices of Digital Communication and Marketing, Strategic Outreach, and Partnerships, Philanthropy and Alumni Relations. The role actively collaborates with various CEU departments and teams to align student recruitment strategies with institutional goals.
We offer a competitive salary starting from a gross of 60,000 EUR/year. A higher salary is possible if warranted by the candidate's working experience.
