Vendor Manager (m/w/d)

Part-Time with Potential for Full-Time, Flexible working hours, Remote work possible

Responsibilities:

Generate quotes and contracts with clients, in collaboration with management, sales teams, and operational teams

Participate in supplier management (review and tracking of quotes/contracts/invoices) specific to our studies at the company level (rent, utilities, insurance, etc.)

Support teams during client audits and Vendor Q&A sessions

Assist teams with Office Management tasks (limited)

Your Profile:

Two to three years of professional experience; experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical research is a plus

Independent, proactive, rigorous, and structured with excellent communication skills

Solution-oriented thinking and action

Excellent team-working abilities

Proficiency in computer tools

Strong Office skills required

Knowledge of Zoho is a plus

Familiarity/Mastery of specialized Vendor tools is a plus

Professional proficiency in English and German; proficiency in French is a plus
