Your Responsibilities:

Resource Management:

  • Steer and ensure the most economical deployment of resources, optimizing our capabilities for maximum efficiency.
  • Act as the primary interface to Grid Control -internal and -external workforce providers, building strong partnerships to meet our resource needs.
  • Report directly to the hub lead and maintain a resource management cockpit, tracking vital resource related KPIs such as the Average Blended Hourly Rate in projects, billable utilization, and competency gaps.

Strategic Deployment:

  • Manage the development and execution of personnel deployment plans, both operationally and strategically, with our local managers.
  • Ensure the availability of core project functions in the quality and quantity required to support our business processes across the Hub.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Define and drive Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) initiatives, also by exchanging with our responsible Resource Managers in Germany and Austria, constantly seeking ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional Development:

  • Conduct Personal Skill Gap Analysis on organizational level via existing competence management tools to identify areas for skill development.
  • Assist with performance planning and career management for team members.
  • Proactively collaborate with team members and line managers to close skill gaps.

Workforce Planning with superior responsibility:

  • Predict training demand.
  • Facilitate team building and internal resourcing to enhance collaboration.
  • Play a key role in succession planning and resource supply/demand forecasting.
  • Ensure project staffing aligns with business goals and address staffing risks.
  • Balance workload effectively to maximize team performance.
  • Engage in strategic workforce planning to support long-term organizational goals.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in related roles in the software industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act upon data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Proven track record of getting things done in a complex business environment.
  • Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese language is a plus.

The gross annual payment for this job vacancy is at least EUR 55.000,00 (full-time, All In Fixum and variable).
