What strategy should one use when setting a price for one´s product? How will pricing affect sales and customer behavior? Who are the most high-value customers in one´s business? Is one giving away too much of this product for free? We have the right place for you if you are interested in finding answers to these questions.

You will work with our pricing team and have a crucial role in developing our business through:

• Applying selected market pricing models to different business segments
• Ensuring pricing processes are aligned with our global standards and our SAP modules
• Acting as a primary point of contact for regional unit pricing experts
• Leading improvement processes/projects based on regional feedback and challenges
• Executing pricing analysis and defining new strategies in collaboration with regions
• Creating and maintaining documentation of processes, procedures, and training material

Requirements

• Bachelor - a plus
• 2-3 years related experience
• English / German
• Understanding of reporting databases and SAP ERP systems for preparation of end-user training
• Detail-oriented and able to manage large amounts of data, both correcting master data and finding patterns for review and further analysis
• Effective communicator who can communicate and address challenges to different stakeholders
• Data cleanup and troubleshooting
• Travel expectation
• Willingness to learn
