Head of Global SC Planning and Performance (f/m/d)

To strengthen our global Supply Chain Management team in Bergheim (Salzburg), we are looking for a Head of Global SC Planning and Performance (f/m/d).

Responsibilties

• Leading the supply planning process of the monthly S&OP process
• Orchestrating a team of S&OP supply planner in the regions and the global S&OP supply team and actively involve and lead with all relevant stakeholders
• Establish global team of component and material planning (governance, guidelines, reporting, program planning, trainings,…)
• Establish global inventory team (governance, guidelines, reporting, measures, trainings,…)
• Lead the continuous improvement of the S&OP supply process and actively contribute to the development of S&OP towards a integrated business planning process
• Leading and supporting supply chain projects in the area of responsibility

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain Management or similar oriented technical or economical degree
• 3-5 years work experience in SCM or SCM topics in global acting companies
• 2 years leadership experience
• Strong analytical and conceptional skills
• High level of interpersonal and intercultural skills combined
• Project management skills and experience
• Very structures way of working, with strategic thinking abilities
• Business english

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 63.063,96 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
