Project Management Specialist (f/m/d)

How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • As a Project Management Specialist you build and maintain a strong partnership within the branded buying teams to develop projects and streamline processes
  • You own projects and are responsible for the processing and tracking of project action points and milestones and ensuring that your project partners deliver against these milestones
  • You provide support preparing presentation documents for communication of ongoing projects and changes
  • Through your strong and intensive networking with internal and external stakeholders, you achieve a high level of engagement in order to drive strategic goals
  • You gain a comprehensive understanding of our Aldi South's global strategy and contribute to driving effective process developments with the counterparts in the Aldi South countries
  • You continuously expand your knowledge of business issues, markets and project management in order to further strategic goals
  • You gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry's needs, take on problems and define solutions with your stakeholders
  • You know the business needs of your stakeholders and based on their goals, conduct strategic workshops and projects that generate added value and opportunities for identified business issues
  • Beyond that you support in the training and development of the buying teams in terms of negotiation preparation and understanding international market trends

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • As a Project Management Specialist you have completed university studies
  • You have professional experience with planning and leading projects within a professional environment
  • You possess a strong drive to independently lead projects and develop processes for the Brand Procurement team at Global Sourcing
  • You have the desire to understand internal and external data sources (such as GfK or NielsenIQ) in order to link them to projects and processes
  • You are experienced in stakeholder management both internally and externally
  • Your strong Excel skills will benefit you in creating and adapting reports to be shared with stakeholders
  • You have fluent business English skills; German is considered a plus
  • Empathy, customer orientation and diplomatic skills are your strong points
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to this role

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 52.700*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
