Value Chain Optimisation Specialist (f/m/d)
How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Value Chain Optimisation Specialist you collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and identify optimization opportunities within the value chain
- You analyse data and conduct thorough assessments of current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Developing and finding strategies to optimise processes along the whole value chain are part of your responsibilities
- You support in leading cross-functional workshops to find and define projects for our organisation
- You monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of optimization initiatives and identify areas for further improvement
- Beyond that you provide regular updates and insights to (senior) management regarding the progress and impact of value chain optimization efforts
Your Profile
The requirements for the role include:
- As a Value Chain Optimisation Specialist you hold a Master degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- You possess previous experience in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, or consumer goods
- Ideally, you have a certification or have completed a course in project management and facilitation skills
- You are experienced handling of MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint)
- You possess business fluent English skills
- You are capable of effectively managing stakeholders (incl. senior management) and possess strong communication skills
- Additionally you have a demonstrated optimistic attitude and a proactive approach towards problem-solving

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from EUR 52,700*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
