We are looking for a customer and commercial focused Loyalty and Marketing professional that thrives and delivers in a 24/7 fast paced and continuously changing retail business. A Loyalty and CRM expert with deep knowledge and experience across all aspects of Loyalty program management and CRM, including CRM strategy development, budget management, customer analytics and performance management, technology and platform management and CRM/campaign execution within a retail environment.

CRM Advisor Austria

Full-time or part-time (min. 30 hours/week)

As you will be working in an international team, kindly provide your resume in English.

In this role You will:

  • Create and optimize individual CRM campaigns in line with the pre-defined CRM strategy and annual Loyalty/Marketing plan.
  • Support and advise the Loyalty Lead in CRM contact planning as well as in best in class offer selection and targeting.
  • Drive and initiate innovative campaign ideas and align with Customer Analytics and other stakeholders involved.
  • Brief, coordinate and provide inputs for performance evaluation of the executed campaigns, CRM activities and customer base development.
  • Own insights and reporting delivery and coordinate the delivery with other teams, external partners and suppliers
  • Provide daily/BAU/demand support to the Loyalty Lead

What You will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent level qualification
  • 3+ years in a marketing role
  • Extensive knowledge of loyalty and CRM programs
  • Experience in executing integrated Marketing Communication campaigns
  • Expert in performance evaluation of marketing activities
  • Strong customer orientation, a high degree of initiative, creativity and keen to take on responsibility
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Ideally already worked in a Retail environment
  • Team-player with hands-on mentality
  • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
