Teamlead Global Mobility (f/m/d)

How You´ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

• You'll lead a team of 6-8 global mobility experts
• As part of your day-to-day, you'll manage international assignments and permanent relocations to/from ALDI SÜD HOLDING (ASH), as well as permanent external ASH hires from abroad
• You'll ensure a great assignee experience while adhering to all policies and processes
• As part of your role, you'll cooperate with internal stakeholders across ASH and ALDI countries to enhance both assignee experience, policies and procedures
• You'll steer external service providers with a focus on improving services
• You'll prepare and conduct assignee information sessions
• You'll be driving mobility related projects

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

• You have completed studies in the field of International Business/Human Resource Management or related disciplines
• You have relevant work experience in the field of global mobility
• You possess effective communication and collaboration skills at all levels
• You are solution-oriented and have a structured way of working
• You are self-driven, resilient, and open minded
• You are fluent in business English

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 74.500*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
