To strengthen our Divisional Automation and Process Optimization department at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Process Optimization Expert (m/f/d).

Your Role

• You drive optimization projects along the entire value chain and on global level of the MM Packaging Division
• You actively work on shaping and defining best practice methods with a focus on manufacturing processes and adjacent services
• You carry out on-site observations at our plants in different countries and look for opportunities to enhance our operational and financial performance
• You quantify the advantages and disadvantages of your optimization proposals and identify the key factors
• You identify, structure and implement automation projects at our MMP plants
• You shape the future of MMP's operational business

Your Profile

• You have completed your university degree (master's) with a technical and/or business focus
• You gained at least 5-7 years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry or a consulting company, first management responsibility is an advantage
• You are experiened in process optimization and/or automation including successful implementation of projects as wells as in in Lean Six Sigma management and continuous improvement measures
• You are an entrepreneurial thinker with a strong hands-on mentality and an affinity for numbers
• You are fluent in written and spoken English and German (C-Level), ideally at least one other foreign language
• You like to travel and enjoy a varied field of activity

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at EUR 60,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
