Your focus in this role will be on viral reach, engaging our consumers & pushing the boundaries of surprise when it comes to Red Bull's short form content. You'll take over the creation of real time reactive content for Red Bull's social media properties.
In this role, you'll create and formalize short form content formats that can be utilized across the entire company (countries and projects).
You'll support on working with markets to evolve short form content best practices and build & conceptualise formats. When needed, you'll also educate key stakeholders in what good short form content is and how it works.
You'll get on set to oversee the execution of content for our social platforms. You'll work across the entire world of Red Bull, but with a primary focus on our global audience pages (@redbull), mainly focusing on content for YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
Another aspect of this role will be to stay up-to-date with short form content trends and increase knowledge sharing within the company as well as with markets on what's happening in the social media landscape.
You'll deep dive into the performance of our short form content based on the analytics and work to improve our output through data driven creation and experimentation.
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1.735 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
