Make an impact at Mars

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of complex business critical projects through cross-functional teams. You will be a member of the site industrial engineering team, and you will coordinate and execute activities from our factory to all markets in line with the business strategy.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Build and lead effective project teams and problem-solving activities while managing or supporting projects by setting the right priorities

  • Track and monitor projects throughout different project stages

  • Demonstrate ownership for Continuous Improvement

  • Develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholders and project teams using organizational agility & conflict management skills

  • Communicate with key stakeholder communities ensuring transparency to project status, issues and recommendations

  • Maintain master data in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company

  • University Degree Level (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain)

  • 1-3 years of project & process management experience, ideally within supply chain or production environment

  • Ability to build and lead effective project teams

  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams

  • Strong analytical skills & structured ways of working

  • Attention to details in a fast-changing environment together with strong change management skills

  • Strong drive for results and a focus on execution

  • Strong affinity for digital solutions and technology-driven tools

  • Excellent German and English skills

A gross annual base salary of at least € 53.300,00 (full-time), an attractive benefits package, including company bonus and company pension plan
