Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Administration: Support audits, purchasing tasks, and scheduling coordination

Reporting: Assist with Legal Compliance reporting, including preparing reports and evaluations

• Communication: Help update the intranet page and enable clear internal communications
• Tool Support: Guide departments in using the Legal Compliance software tool
• Process Improvement: Contribute to adherence and optimization of ESH&E-related processes

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time / Full-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Education: Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master in Business and Law, Law, Economics or Business Administration

• Teamwork: Collaborative working style and enjoyment of working with others
• Learning Ability: Fast comprehension and ability to pick up new topics quickly
• Resilience: Composed and reliable under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Multitasking: Confident prioritization and flexibility when handling multiple tasks in parallel
• Language Skills: German and English

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf).
