Join our growing Procurement team as Procurement Category Manager and drive category value creation by acting as a Business Partner and primary Procurement interface and strategic counterpart to the HQ Logistics organization. In close partnership with HQ Logistics as category owner, you will continuously enhance procurement practices, sourcing approaches, and commercial methodologies across Logistics sourcing and partner with 3PLs and carriers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

CATEGORY & SOURCING STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT (PLAN-TO-STRATEGY)

In close partnership and alignment with HQ Logistics, you will develop and continuously refine category strategies across Logistics subcategories such as transportation and warehousing. You will analyze market and supplier landscapes and align strategies with business and procurement objectives. Furthermore, you will embed risk, resilience, and ESG targets into the category strategies, translate them into clear sourcing levers and a prioritized roadmap with HQ Logistics and track KPIs, savings, and conduct annual strategy updates.

STRATEGY EXECUTION OVERSIGHT & NEGOTIATIONS

You will oversee end-to-end sourcing activities to ensure delivery in line with category strategies and value targets. Working closely with Strategic and Regional Procurement Managers, you will ensure consistent implementation by defining sourcing and go-to-market approaches and supporting tender design and execution. In addition, you will review and challenge RFx processes and co-lead negotiations with key carriers, 3PLs, and strategic suppliers.

STRATEGIC SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT (HQ 3PLs & CARRIERS)

You will define and manage supplier segmentation based on value, risk, and strategic relevance. You will closely collaborate with HQ Logistics and key partners to execute logistics strategies. In addition, you will lead performance and risk reviews and drive innovation and continuous improvement beyond cost savings.

BUSINESS PARTNERING (HQ LOGSTICS + KEY INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS)

In your role as Business Partner, you will work closely and engage with HQ Logistics early. You will provide clear commercial guidance and ensure alignment across stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other functions, ensuring procurement's value contribution is visible, structured, and impactful.

Why does this role matter? You won't just run sourcing events -- you'll shape how logistics procurement is done at Red Bull. From defining commercial baselines and governance to enabling strong 3PL partnerships, your work creates clarity, resilience, and long-term value across the logistics ecosystem.
