Job Description

What you'll Do - Your Responsibilities

    • Lead and mentor Product Managers (Squad Leads)
    • Ensure strong alignment across product areas to maximize impact, consistency, and scalability
    • Be the voice of the customer, making sure we focus on the problems that matter most
    • Partner closely with engineering and design to build high-performing teams and products
    • Turn strategy into clear outcomes (OKRs, roadmaps) and tangible results
    • Align stakeholders and confidently represent your product area to senior leadership
    • Balance discovery and delivery to continuously create value
Champion the integration of AI-driven capabilities into our products to enhance user experience, automation, and decision-making
Leverage AI in product management workflows (e.g., discovery, insights generation, prioritization, and experimentation) to increase speed and quality of decisions
    • Help shape and elevate product management practices across the organization

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software/digital product management, ideally in a SaaS environment
    • Experience in a senior or leadership role, guiding cross-functional teams
    • A strong track record of delivering impactful products and measurable business results
    • Experience coaching Product Managers and driving alignment across teams
    • Solid understanding of product strategy, discovery, and agile delivery
    • Confidence navigating complex stakeholder environments across business and tech
    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills -- you can make complexity simple
    • Strong experience with eCommerce products, digital business models, and monetization is a big advantage
Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI/GenAI, including applying it to both product features and internal product management processes
    • A hands-on, builder mindset -- you like making things happen, not just planning them
    • Fluent in English; German is a plus

Willing to move and eligible to work in Austria!
