Team Lead - HMI Development (m/f/d)

In this role you take end‑to‑end responsibility for the technical and organizational success of our HMI Embedded Linux development. You combine strong hands‑on technical expertise with clear ownership for results, processes and priorities, while guiding and developing a team of software developers in an international environment.

As part of TTControl, you actively contribute to the technical development of our HMI solutions and help shape robust, scalable products within an interdisciplinary setup.

Your Tasks

• Leading and developing the HMI Embedded Linux development team according to our Leadership principles
• Supervising the execution of Embedded and Embedded Linux software development, technical activities, planning and allocation of project resources
• Fostering the effective and responsible use of AI‑based tools to improve development efficiency, quality, and innovation
• Promoting the application and improvement of and adherence to relevant development processes
• Supporting the team in technical discussions with the customers and internal stakeholders
• Developing team competencies aligned with the corporate strategy and the group goals

Your Profile

• University degree in a related technical field of study
• Hands on experience with embedded Linux software development and related development tools (U-Boot, Linux Kernel, Yocto Project, Git) preferably within the Automotive or Off-Highway industry
• Know‑how and practical experience in using modern AI‑based tools (e.g. for software development, analysis, or productivity enhancement)
• People leadership experience is strongly preferred, ideally in leading international and intercultural teams
• Experience in software project management is a plus
• Ability to create a good working atmosphere in an inspiring visionary and motivating way
• Strong intercultural and communication skills paired with solid presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of English, German is a plus
