The opportunity

Your Mission

• You develop effective advertising campaigns together with the creative team.
• You ensure linguistic and creative coordination, smooth cooperation and convincing naming for campaigns and paid advertisements.
• You create compelling and persuasive copy for video content, social media and print materials that increase campaign success and brand recognition.
• You will carefully edit and proofread a variety of materials, including FAQs, video scripts, technical documentation and packaging copy.
• You will develop and revise global brand guidelines to ensure a consistent brand message across all communication channels
• You will work closely with the eCommerce team and support copywriting for mailings, newsletters and website content.

Your Skills

• You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, translation or a related field.
• You have several years of experience in content creation, editing and management, ideally in the cycling or sports industry.
• Your deep understanding of developing and implementing a strong brand voice makes you the architect of our brand identity.
• Your excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills ensure texts that inspire and convince.
• You keep track of multiple projects even in a fast-paced environment and deliver results on time.
• Your experience in translation project management is a plus.
• You have perfect German and English language skills.

With over 170 employees it can be difficult to maintain the startup atmosphere, so we place a lot of emphasis on a friendly working atmosphere and extensive onboarding.

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 3.000,- on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
