The Broadcast Squad provides services and resources for the TV productions of Servus TV and the Red Bull world. This includes fully automated camera robotics, newsroom systems, Live-GFX systems and much more. In this job, you will be part of a cross-functional squad within MIT - an internal technical provider of the Red Bull. MITs squads are fully responsible for their services which includes implementation, management, procurement, operations and improvement of high-quality media production systems and services. Additionally, this position requires close collaboration with the Production and Editorial Departments at Servus TV to enable successful media business production workflows.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the architecture and technical design of Red Bull Media's production core services such as Studio Automation, Camera Robotics, Video Recording, Streaming ... You'll be accountable how services are implemented, delivered, run, maintained, and supported, ensuring the services are delivered according to SLAs and warranties. This includes continuously challenging the services to ensure they remain fit-for-use and fit-for-purpose as well as developing service vision, strategy, definition, and roadmap.
On top of production services, you will also ensure media operations that supports the production. This includes topics such as Capacity management, creation and maintenance of service documentation and Standard Operating Procedures, monitoring and KPI reporting, management of demands, request fulfillment and of change requests as well as managing external service providers and operations partners. Last but not least, you'll be fulfilling 2nd or 3rd level support where applicable while ensuring communication with the relevant stakeholders. This includes working outside of standard office hours when required as well as in person presence for specific technical issues.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
