For this position, we are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist with excellent service design skills who acitvely supports the adoption of agile ways of working in the organisation. In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our CX vision, CX-Design using methods as personas, customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, design sprints, etc.. Another important part of this position is to establish and drive a customer centric culture within our international organization.
