Your Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of product collaterals ranging from brochures to presentations throughout all languages and documentation, ensuring the implementation of external corporate comms requirements
• Coordination of upload activities of new or updated collaterals in all comms channels including provision of data on platforms and cross-functional alignment
• Synchronization of reference projects information with data base and documentation in relevant systems
• Support in coordination of language adaptions including documentation in database, for both new collateral creation or maintenance and updates of product collaterals both for digital and print
• Case Study creation, short reference creation and support with retrieval of general project information, alignment with subject matter experts for reference installations and obtaining customer approvals
• Coordination of layout activities with agencies and supporting quality management incl. to ensure proper implementation of corporate design guidelines and approval process for collaterals
• Support of country organizations with regards to provision of files
• Development of content for social media posts based on briefings, support webinars
• Support in administrative tasks (e. g. creation of purchase order requisitions, invoice verification; and support with budget controlling)

Your Profile:

• Higher commercial education (e.g. HAK, apprenticeship) with relevant professional experience OR Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, languages or equivalent economical education
• Independent work style and reliability
• Ability to interact smoothly at all levels of the organization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional organization in geographically diverse businesses
• Team player mentality and willingness to constantly improve skills
• Proficient user of MS-Office
• Fluent communication German in English (verbal and written), additional languages are a plus

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.207,73 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
