Internship Marketing - Customer Journey Operations (m/f/x).

What awaits you?

• You support the Marketing Customer Journey Operations team in their daily tasks (campaign planning & reporting, Marketing & Sales Funnel steering especially through preparation of presentations and analytics, digital and offline Marketing) for 9 Markets of the Region Central and Southeastern Europe.
• Active support on the campaign and media field, participation in marketing activities for product launches and all related life cycle measures which cover the whole BMW marketing mix are in your area of responsibility.
• You are in contact with external partners (creative agency, online and offline media agencies) and create interfaces to internal counterparts (Brand Experience, Retail Marketing, Sales, Purchasing and others).
• Responsibility for own Customer Journey Operations projects which you align with your team members and our local offices in the 9 markets.

What should you bring along?

• Business studies or related fields with a focus in Marketing (close to completion or completed).
• Proficient in English, German skills are an advantage.
• Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• First experience with digital tools: Tableau, Confluence, JIRA, MS Teams…
• Relevant work experience during other internships or professional trainings preferred.
• Team player and ability to work at a high level of independency and flexibility.

We are looking for you as of of June 2024 for a duration of 12 months with a salary of EUR 2.229,00..
