HR Senior Recruiter (f/m/d)

How You´ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

• As an HR Recruiter you are responsible for the entire recruiting process in the ALDI SÜD Holding, which includes screening candidates, scheduling appointments and conducting interviews
• You act as a point of contact and advisor for all recruiting-related topics, supporting hiring managers and applicants
• You are responsible for the creation of internal and external job advertisements
• Provide personal support for the applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Through your in-depth understanding of target groups you develop corresponding recommendations for the recruiting process
• You will collaborate closely and exchange information with other HR Teams

Your Profile

The requirements of this role include:

• As an HR Recruiter you have completed a business-oriented education (Matura / HAK) or ideally completed studies with a focus on HR, business administration, law or similar
• You have multiple years of experience in recruiting
• In addition, you are confident in using MS Office
• You possess very good English and German skills
• Conscientious, proactive and solution-oriented way of working characterises you
• Moreover, you have excellent communication and teamwork skills

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 52.700 *
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
