The Corporate Communications team works closely together in a newsroom format creating meaningful content for the people - our clients, employees and beyond. We support each other, share experience, give and value feedback to improve our work, as well as have fun. We work in a very dynamic environment and in close cooperation with the Erste Group, Erste Bank Oesterreich and Sparkassen communication teams across Austria and CEE.We are looking for a driven communication specialist and content manager, to join our Corporate Communication team. A major part of your role will be heading the Financial Health Hub project, creating meaningful and shareable financial literacy content.

Your Tasks

  • Be a part of our Content Production team and work together with Brand Management and Communications colleagues
  • Act as project head and be responsible for content management, developing communication concepts and strategies on financial literacy topics for our digital channels
  • Identify and research relevant topics along our campaigns/content plans and coordinate relevant internal stakeholders, editors and agencies
  • Write texts, develop story boards for digital media (Financial Health Content Hub and social media)
  • Create video, photo and image content together with video production and visual design team
  • Develop existing and new video formats for our social media channels, especially YouTube
  • Act as compliance expert on investment topics within Corporate Communications

Required Competencies

  • Experience working in communications, an agency or as a (video) journalist
  • Education in communication, journalism, social science or similar
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English; knowledge of CEE languages is an asset
  • Experience of managing communication projects, including collaboration with other departments and external partners
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and social media platforms
  • Ability to think outside the box and to take direction and feedback
  • Interest in banking and financial health topics
