As a Controlling Specialist (f/m/d), you will be contributing to successfully steering Nuki in a dynamic market environment and providing senior management with concise and actionable financial information. You will aggregate and analyze financial data, design, implement, and monitor KPIs as well as provide strategic insights to optimize our company's financial performance. Your proficiency in BI systems will be essential in transforming raw data into actionable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. This will give you the chance to actively shape the future of Nuki.

Your Role

• You prepare monthly financial reports.
• You create user-friendly dashboards that provide a comprehensive view of relevant KPIs for each business unit.
• You conduct profitability analysis on various dimensions, e.g. business units, products, and projects.
• You select visualization techniques that effectively communicate the story behind the data (e.g. IBCS standard, etc.)
• You automate data collection and management reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• You implement data validation checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the financial information.
• You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT, People & Org, Operations, Sales & Marketing).

Job Requirements

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• You have proven work experience (min. 3 years) in financial analysis, reporting, and/or forecasting.
• Prior experience in controlling or business analysis is highly desirable.
• You are proficient in dealing with BI systems, writing queries and have programming skills (Python, SQL).
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• You can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• You are business fluent in English and/or German.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of EUR 3,724.00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
