The minimum salary for this position is EUR 44.908 EUR gross annually for full-time employment according to the collective bargaining agreement. Overpayment depends on relevant work experience and qualifications.

Could you be the full-time Customer Service Officer (f/m/d) we're looking for?

Your future role:

Take on a new challenge and apply your application expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll report to DAMSA Iosif, Vienna, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

You'll be responsible for the independent handling of the spare parts business towards our customers. We are counting on you for taking care of the contractual execution of the projects, the assurance of a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with the specified commercial conditions.

We'll look to you for:

  • Repair process of components for the assigned customers and projects
  • Market observation in the processing of customer orders
  • Consideration of economic aspects in the processing of customer orders
  • Quotation and calculation, processing of complaints including technical matters
  • Responding to customer inquiries about offers and later about orders; Problem solving
  • Continuous tracking of the status of the customer order and generation of solutions for process/requirement deviations as well as initiation of adequate measures
  • Management and coordination of subcontractors and partner companies in the context of project management or project management in an interdisciplinary team
  • Proactive management and continuous improvement of the entire supply chain including the repair process

All about you

  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP (SD)
  • Very good knowledge of German language; knowlage of English is an advantage
  • Knowledge of rail transport technology is an advantage
  • Driving licence B, inter/national and willingness to travel
