We are looking for you, located in Trier, Bonn or Vienna (with 60% home office option) as a

User Experience Designer (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users
  • Designing the interactions and workflows that users will experience when interacting with a product or service
  • Designing the visual elements of a product, such as color schemes, typography, and imagery
  • Conducting user tests to evaluate the design and identify areas for improvement
  • Work and collaborate with product managers, development leads and designers and translate findings into bold, actionable insights
  • Champion and defend the voice of the user, and advocate a user-centric design approach

Your qualifications and skill requirements:

  • BSc in Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, HCI or other relevant field
  • Previous experience in working within a B2B context and/or within the healthcare domain is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can get your ideas across to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Strong collaborator, with proven ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholders including designers, researchers, product leads and engineers
  • Attention to detail, patience, and aesthetic sensibility
  • Working proficiency in English language is required
