As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to various phases and activities of the software development process or software testing.

Reporting to the Team Lead DTP CMS, you`ll put into work your expertise in our fast-paced team environment.

What you will do

• Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Design and develop robust Sitecore solutions, including new web development patterns, implementation of JSS, and integrations with other systems.
• Develop inhouse headless solution to next level.
• Drive solution towards microservices.
• Customize and extend the Sitecore platform to meet project requirements.
• Ensure the optimal performance, scalability, and security of Sitecore implementations.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sitecore Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Sitecore CMS, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems.
• Sitecore Certification (e.g., Sitecore Certified Developer) Is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
