The Perfect Store, at the core of our Off Premise strategy, is vital for growth and informed decision-making. Utilizing Perfect Store Data, we track Red Bull's in-store execution and uncover opportunities.

Data is collected by Red Bull's internal Field Sales teams and an external agency partner through the PSA program, spanning 70 countries. The International In-Store Execution Insights Specialist leads the PSA program, managing the global agency partner and budget. The focus is on identifying efficiencies in processes, budget, and data accuracy for program improvement.

The International In-Store Execution Insights Specialist works on best practices for Perfect Store data usage, delivering impactful presentations to embed Perfect Store within the organization. Serving as the Single Point of Contact for designated markets, they collaborate with counterparts on Perfect Store Performance topics, providing support with PSA, Field Sales Application, and Perfect Store BI data.

LEAD AND MANAGE THE GLOBAL PSA PROGRAM

The role involves overseeing the Global Agency Partner and managing the global budget. A key aspect is the optimization of processes, yearly store sample and budget planning, which includes the project management and roll-out of the PSA Sample Business Planning solution. The aim of the International In-Store Execution Insights Specialist is to enhance in-store execution visibility by optimizing countries' store samples ensuring top-notch data accuracy and program continuity in our Top25 markets. Additionally, maintaining the Sharepoint Intranet page with relevant information and training material is required.

BE THE PERFECT STORE INSIGHTS AMBASSADOR WITHIN THE GLOBAL OFF PREMISE TEAM

The role involves inspiring individuals to utilize Perfect Store data by identifying, constructing, and disseminating best practices, empowering countries to translate their in-store execution data into actionable insights. You'll also work closely together with the wider Off Premise team on cross-departmental insights projects. Developing and delivering quarterly business updates on Global in-store execution performance is also a part of your role. You'll support the Global Head of Sales Data Management with any ad-hoc analysis needed as well as provide feedback on Business Plans for Perfect Store and related initiatives.

GLOBAL POINT OF CONTACT FOR ANY PERFECT STORE PERFORMANCE RELATED TOPICS FOR SELECTED MARKETS

The responsibilities include overseeing every aspect of the internal field sales application, such as training, quality control, reporting, and market support. Collaborating with markets to facilitate the identification of insights and opportunities through the utilization of Perfect Store Data is a key aspect of the role. Onboarding new local key users on Perfect Store Performance responsibilities, including BI Reporting, is also part of your responsibilities, as well as, conducting field visits in selected markets when necessary.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • University Degree in Business/Commerce, technology or other related disciplines
  • Fluent English
  • A minimum of 2-3 years working experience as a business analyst or in an insights position, Trade Marketing or Field Sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Experience in managing external and internal partners or agencies is a plus
  • Excellence in MS Office tools (especially Powerpoint and Excel) and functional awareness of other analysis tools (i.e. BI)
  • Team oriented, well organized, self-driven, hands-on and flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in time
  • Quickly and accurately analyses complex trends and data and communicates in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.034 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
