We are offering to you:

Your tasks:

  • Lead and coordinate sales activities across Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Slovenia with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage customers within the assigned territory adeptly to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Actively pursue new opportunities by expanding retail sales channels and reselling networks.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of sales performance on an ongoing basis and develop actionable plans to achieve monthly sales budgets.
  • Skillfully negotiate commercial terms and conditions with customers in close collaboration with the Sales Director and legal department.
  • Foster effective collaboration with Marketing, Customer Service, Technical, and Operations departments to ensure alignment with and attainment of sales objectives.
  • Engage in periodic planning and sales forecasting for the assigned territory, providing weekly reports to the Sales Director for transparent communication and alignment with tactical and strategic objectives.

You are characterized by:

  • Proven track record with several years of experience in key account management of consumer goods, preferably in TV sets sales.
  • Demonstrated success in sales of consumer electronic products and/or retail activation management, showcasing measurable achievements.
  • Established network with key retailers in the region, highlighting current and valuable contacts.
  • Willingness to engage in regular customer visits, ensuring at least once a month for effective relationship building.
  • Strong language proficiency in English and German, additional languages considered an advantage.
  • Exhibit flexibility in adapting to dynamic market conditions and evolving customer needs.
  • If you meet the above criteria, we offer a starting gross annual salary of around EUR 56,000 plus a bonus based on sales targets with a willingness to overpay depending on professional qualifications and experience.
