Continuous Improvement Manager (m/f/d)

For our location in Gleisdorf we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join as as Continuouse Improvement Manager (m/f/d).

Under the functional direction of the EU Continuous Improvement Manager, the position is responsible for coaching and coordinating all Continuous Improvement and waste reduction

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate, support, track and control implementation of the EU Lean Journey Roadmap in Gleisdorf
• Lead selected projects for AF Europe and plant KPI Management
• Propose and support workshops and action plans down to activities for waste and cost reduction
• Process analyses in respective Departments
• FIS "Fruitful Idea Sharing" program in plant

Your profile:

• Degree in Food or Engineering related studies
• Fluent German and English - written and verbal
• Strong communications skills - written and verbal
• Project Management skills
• Knowledge of Lean Tools and Methods
• Operational experience in the production area is beneficial
• Knowledge in hygiene/HACCP/QM is beneficial
• Travelling within Europe required

Our offer:

• For legal reasons, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position is EUR 29.277,-- gross per year. However, our attractive salary packages are based on current market salaries.
