Talk Online Panel offers quality online fieldwork services in a market of over 400 million people across central and south-eastern Europe. Headquartered in Vienna, it boasts a multilingual international team across its target countries as well as a network of local partners and affiliates that help it deliver culturally-aware local expertise. The company is specialized in carrying out both large-scale multinational quantitative studies and more targeted research projects.

We are currently looking for a User Support Assistant to service our Ukrainian and Russian panel members. The ideal candidate would start in March or April 2021 and be based in Vienna.

User Support (Russian and Ukrainian)

Part time (10h/week) , remote working possible


  • Providing user support for Russian and Ukrainian members via E-mail, telephone and social media;
  • Survey or Document translations
  • Testing of questionnaires and supporting with basic local market knowledge
  • Processing orders of incentives and arranging new attractive prizes for Talk's respondents


  • Ongoing or completed university education
  • Excellent command of English, Ukrainian and Russian
  • Especially written Ukrainian and Russian skills at native level
  • Professional experience in a similar role is a plus;
  • Confident computer skills (MS Office, basic understanding of Online Advertising and Social Media);
  • Lively, easy-going and flexible personality
