Besi is a leading supplier of semiconductor assembly equipment for the global semiconductor and electronics industries. We are constantly looking for motivated and highly qualified staff for our Tyrolean subsidiary based in Radfeld in Austria!

To expand our team, we are looking for someone to fill the following full-time (38.5 h) position as soon as possible:

Product Specialist m/f/d

Your new responsibilities

• Supporting us in the introduction of new models (launch, demo, semi-shows)
• Taking part in R&D projects in the context of product definition, requirement analyses and inhouse as well as customer trials
• With your comprehensive technical know-how, you will be contributing to product and problem solutions by a structured transfer of knowledge between the product line, the R&D team and the various regional support centres
• Carrying out assessments, benchmarks and demos to ensure that our systems always remain up-to-date

Our requirements

• Completed studies at a higher educational institute, university or technical college, relevant professional experience in a technical field, ideally in technical support will be of advantage
• High level of commitment and dedication, flexibility
• Customer-oriented mindset and action
• Team spirit and creativity
• Communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Good oral and written command of German and English
• Willingness to travel (Asia, USA, EU)
