Your Challenge
In this key leadership role, you will be accountable for the strategic and operational management of Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and related Operations functions. You will actively shape the evolution of organizational structures while driving international transformation and performance improvement initiatives.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the Quality & Operations strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
- Leading, coaching, and developing multiple functional teams and senior managers
- Ensuring an effective Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 standards
- Driving manufacturing performance, delivery reliability, product availability, and cost and capacity targets
- Managing strategic initiatives such as site transfers, product launches and phase-outs, make-or-buy decisions, and process transitions
- Implementing and further developing KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and governance processes
- Promoting Lean Management, automation, digitalization, and Operational Excellence initiatives
- Proactively managing risks while continuously improving quality and manufacturing performance indicators
- Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and international corporate functions
Your Profile
- Completed technical or business-related education (technical college, university, or equivalent)
- Several years of leadership experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Quality Management, or related industrial environments
- Strong expertise in modern Quality Management Systems and relevant regulatory and compliance requirements
- Proven track record in leading complex transformation and change management projects
- Solid knowledge of Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, automation, and digital transformation
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Management, production planning, and supplier management
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, and modern digital work environments
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach
- Excellent English language skills
