HR Project Manager (m/f/d)

With around 9,000 employees, AGRANA is the global leader in fruit preparations and also a major producer of fruit juice concentrates in Europe as well as being a key manufacturer of customised starch products and organic ethanol in its Starch segment. AGRANA is also one of today's leading sugar companies in Central and Eastern Europe.

HR Project Manager (f/m/d)

In this role you will provide strong support to the HR Leadership Team and in global HR initiatives. supporting the operational execution of our people strategy.

Your responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR: Develop and monitor the annual HR roadmap to align with company / people strategy.
  • Cultural Transformation & Change Management: Lead global cultural transformation initiatives, driving engagement, mindset shifts, and alignment with company values.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I): Lead global DE&I strategy, implementing initiatives and managing an international team.
  • HR Communications: Manage global HR communications, introducing new formats to improve engagement and information flow.
  • Project & Process Management: Drive key HR projects, including employee listening strategies, HR digitalisation, and sustainability reporting.
  • Executive Support: Assist the CHRO with high-level presentations, strategic topics, and content creation for key meetings.
  • Global HR Standardisation: Ensure harmonisation and continuous development of global HR processes in line with the people strategy.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with global and local teams to execute HR initiatives effectively.
  • HR Events & Internal Communication: Organise internal HR events and communication formats.

Your profile:

  • You are a passionate HR expert with a strong commitment towards your tasks and goals. You like to solve problems and your positive attitude helps you to continuously grow yourself and people around you in order to achieve excellent results.
  • You have a degree in human resources, business administration with a focus on process/project management or a similar educational background
  • You have an high affinity for systems & processes and ideally experience in the implementation of various HR tools & processes
  • You enjoy working independently and to be structured
  • You are enthusiastic about numbers and KPIs in order to support data-driven decision-making and your Microsoft Office skills are remarkable (esp. Excel & PowerPoint)
  • You adapt your communication to your counterpart and love working in international environments
  • You are fully proficient in English and German
