People Development & Learning - Team Lead (f/m/d)

How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • Acting as a role model you will lead our People Development team and bring your expertise to further develop our team's capabilities and inspire a strong culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation
  • You will drive strategic and operational programme development to improve our employee's leadership, learning, and development offers
  • By translating strategic goals into actionable L&D initiatives you will ensure a great internal development experience while adhering to all policies and processes
  • In this role you'll collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and shift from traditional training to dynamic, targeted learning programs
  • You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across countries and functions to identify skill gaps, anticipate future needs, and prepare and conduct information sessions
  • As part of your role, you will ensure that our people development activities create measurable business impact, support performance, and strengthen organisational capability
  • Utilising your deep expertise, you will drive development related projects to shape and continuously improve our global programme landscape

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You have completed your studies in the field of International Business/Human Resource Management or related disciplines
  • You possess several years of professional experience in the field of HR or People Development, ideally in international matrix organisations
  • You are experienced in designing and implementing learning and leadership development programmes end-to-end, ideally on a global level
  • You are business-fluent in English; additional languages like German are a plus
  • Using your strong stakeholder management and communication skills you're confident partnering with senior leaders and functional experts across borders and hierarchies
  • With your leadership skills you empower, coach, and develop your team

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 76.450*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
