Job description

In your new role you will supporting the Product Management team (PMG) with key go to market activities, incl.:

• Coordinating the customer success stories process & communicating towards key stake holders within the organization
• Driving regular business performance analyses & reportings towards PMG team and higher management (e.g. orders, cancellations, market development), incl. development of automated dashboards
• Driving analyses required for smooth ramp up of newly launched products (e.g. sample tracking, opportunity funnel development)
• Supporting the creation and revision of general promotion materials (e.g. customer presentations, websites, training videos) & dedicated presentations required for customer visits
• Coordinating regular team meetings within PMG team & relevant keystake holders within the organization

Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

Profile

You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of Electrical Engineering with a keen interest in Business Management - or the other way round - studying Business Management with a keen interest in Technology or similar subjects. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:

• Curiosity & motivation to learn new things
• Knowledge of basic business concepts & marketing basics
• R esponsibility and accountability of assigned tasks
• High level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook (you enjoy analytical tasks as much as being creative)
• Enthusiasm to work in a multicultural team
• Strong ability to work self-driven & independently, in a structured and accurate manner
• Teamplaying and strong communication & organizational skills
• Fluent English skills, German as a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf).
