VCO Project Coordinator (f/m/d)

How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • As a VCO Project Coordinator you are leading the coordination and development of our global Value Chain Optimisation (VCO) program, which is one of the key value drivers within Buying
  • You are collaborating closely with a wide variety of departments and stakeholders across ALDI globally (e.g., Australia, Great Britain/Ireland, USA, Germany, and Austria as well as Cost Controlling and Audit departments)
  • You are responsible for the regular reporting on the performance and development of program's impact across key focus areas, providing high-quality insights to support the top management in informed decision making
  • Beyond that you are leading the conceptualization, coordination and implementation of critical strategic initiatives through workshops and meetings, which you prepare and facilitate
  • Creating convincing presentations for international meetings as well as change management and communication material for the global VCO team are part of your role
  • Additionally you are maintaining and further developing reporting dashboards
  • You are looking forward to embodying the role of central point-of-contact to our international teams and other business entities

Your Profile

The requirements for the role include:

  • As a VCO Project Coordinator you have completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics or similar, with a specialization in Strategic Management, Finance or Supply Chain Management
  • You possess 5 or more years of relevant professional experience (e.g., Consulting, Corporate Strategy, PMO, Controlling)
  • Business fluent English skills, which enable you to work effectively within cross-functional and cross-country teams
  • You are experienced in handling the PC (especially MS Office)
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills are your strong points
  • You have a holistic, conceptual, strategic mind-set combined with profound project and change management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability and interest to thrive in a multinational environment while maintaining tact and high resilience
  • You have demonstrated experience managing a team and strong leadership skills

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 74.500*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
