Marketing Manager DACH&INT (f/m/d)

(Vienna, hybrid position)

In this pivotal role you will lead and inspire our marketing endeavors across DACH, Scandinavia, and CEE including crafting and executing regional marketing strategies that amplify our brand's presence, engage our audience, and generate leads through a variety of channels. You'll work closely with channel sales partners to develop marketing initiatives that resonate with local markets, enhancing customer and partner communication.

  • An attractive compensation package including base pay, starting at EUR 4,000. --gross per month (paid 14times, i.e., EUR 56,000. -- gross p.a.), plus an overtime lump sum, and 5 days off additionally will be decided together with you upon your experience and qualification

How you spend your day with us:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns for local lead generation and customer retention to grow our user base long-term
  • Align closely with local Account Executives to work on Account-Based Marketing strategies, ensuring targeted and personalized marketing efforts to win selected key accounts
  • Collaborate with channel sales partners to create effective partner marketing campaigns
  • Organize and manage local events and webinars to engage with our audience directly, customers and/or partners
  • Manage and implement email communications, effective telemarketing campaigns, and create compelling content tailored to local markets
  • Expand our social media presence and manage local public relations activities in close alignment with our Global Marketing Team
  • Coordinate local product launches, ensuring a successful introduction to the markets
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance throughout its lifecycle, leveraging insights to establish best practices for improving future campaigns
  • Manage the local marketing budget and report on spendings.

What you bring in:

  • A Bachelor´s degree in marketing (university, FH); a master´s degree may be advantageous
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing, IT/SaaS industries preferred
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns, directly or via channel partners
  • Proficiency in spoken and written communication in German and English is required; fluency in additional languages is beneficial
  • Excellent organizational- and time-management skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, like Salesforce and Account Engagement/Pardot or LinkedIn
  • Your team spirit, creativity and ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments as well as your hands-on and solution-oriented attitude.
