Partner Country Organisation Expert (f/m/d)

How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • As a Partner Country Organisation Expert you create and edit various presentations and communication formats (e.g., PowerPoint, videos, newsletters, articles, Teams channel postings) for top management and other internal stakeholder groups
  • Additionally you are responsible for orchestrating preparation of content across streams and departments
  • You take responsibility for a variety of exciting organisational & project management tasks
  • You define internal department structures and continuously improve internal collaboration processes
  • Creating formats and/or tools for transparent and open communication are part of your area of responsibility
  • You support the creation of overall Buying roadmap planning and the definition of goals
  • You assist in ongoing change management measures and conduct respective change activities
  • Beyond that you support activities around business transition to secure readiness for further deployment activities

Your Profile

The requirements for the role include:

  • As a Partner Country Organisation Expert you hold a university degree in the area of Business, Marketing, Communication, Project Management or similar
  • Intial experience working in an agile and international job and project environment is a plus
  • You are experienced handling of MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint), knowledge of Efficient Elements (PowerPoint add-on) is an advantage
  • Experience in video creation (concept, shooting, cutting) and M365 / SharePoint solution management is considered a plus
  • You possess business fluent English skills, German is considered an advantage
  • You are a true team player with a positive can-do attitude, high degree of self-motivation and strong ownership of tasks in your field of responsibility
  • You possess the ability to think outside the box by utilising a creative mindset

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 52,700*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
