In this function you will report to our Board Member Operations and work with the Country Management, covering Business Continuity & Sustainability with a comprehensive approach together with your team of up to 15 employees.
You are responsible for the Business Continuity activities: Environmental protection and occupational safety (ES), site security, fire prevention, data- and information security as well as Business Continuity Planning.

This includes:

• Identifying gaps in current operations and development of specific processes and procedures following a disaster or significant event to minimize the disruption to the business operations.
• Conduct the business impact assessment and threat analysis; develop a prevention strategy and implement recovery plans.
• Develop, implement and maintain policies, standards and guidelines and oversee policy approval, dissemination as well as training.
• Lead BC audits and develop a close relationship with the departments' BC. coordinators. Coordinate efforts in life safety and information security, regarding BC and be the custodian for companywide policies.

With your team of experts you cover all activities linked to sustainability. In your role as Head of Sustainability you will have deep interaction with all stakeholders for sustainability where you:

• Lead the ESG community and drive our sustainability process and responsibility to the next level.
• Consult the Management Board regarding decision making on the sustainability strategy and supervise the planning and implementation of those strategies.
• Cooperate with local government, authorities and law enforcement agencies to support the entire spectrum of Business Continuity and Sustainability.
• Drive key country-level sustainability initiatives in compliance with local laws and EU regulations as well as company-wide activities.

Ihr Profil

You are a proven team player, able to quickly establish successful collaboration, recognize and use different areas of expertise as well as providing clear leadership. You act as a strategically thinking team leader, able to independently evaluate options, focus on results and stay aware of costs, while committing yourself to the results of your own teams and the company as a whole. Furthermore, you are aware of the stakeholders' concerns, balance priorities and focus your efforts on finding solutions that offer added value.

You are best qualified for this position if you have:

• A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering or comparable.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in the respective environment where sustainability played an important role.
• Profound leadership skills in a multi-discipline environment.
• Experience in developing sustainability/ESG strategy including sustainability reporting, preferably in a production organisation.
• Experience in managing projects related to business continuity and/or sustainability.
• The ability to understand and structure complex situations with multiple parallel initiatives.
• A proactive and people-oriented mindset with convincing communication and facilitation skills to align between various internal and external stakeholders.
• International business expertise as a plus.
• Profound language skills in German and English.

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group J-K (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
