The Information Technology department has become an important business advisor for Infineon, converting business requirements into great IT solutions. It is responsible for provisioning hardware and software solutions at benchmark costs for all areas within Infineon reaching from office users to research & development, to frontend and backend production around the globe. More than 1200 IT-colleagues work closely together with other business areas and external partners. They increase the efficiency of business processes offering more than just modern equipment, secure infrastructure and newest communication solutions.
#oneSAPDreamJob. In recent years, Infineon has grown considerably. In order to manage this growth, increase efficiency and leverage opportunities, we have launched a company-wide business transformation project called oneSAP. Across our Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Facility Management, Maintenance and Quality Management departments, we aim to globally streamline and harmonize 400 business processes and introduce new functionalities. This will help to increase automation levels, simplify decision-making and reduce complexity, maintenance and the risk of errors. oneSAP will upgrade our system landscape and make our business processes future-proof.
